We have been having an issue with entering the phone number into the blank space. This issue is only happening when being filled out on a mobile phone, they are able to fill out the form on a laptop or computer. Is this something that can be fixed ?

I have cleared your forms' cache as an initial aid, can you please check if the issue persists? If it does, please try to fill out the form using different mobile devices and let us know if the issue is reproduced on those devices. Also, please provide the URL of the form in question so we can investigate the root cause of the issue.

Thank you for your help, we will inform you if the issue persists. The url is https://form.jotform.com/210063130304131. If the customer turns the device to landscape or sideways they are able to enter the phone number into the form slot.
