How can I change the format we recieve via email?

    1) Would like to receive each form in a separate email. They are currently coming as a reply and causing a large chain which is difficult for our office.

    2) Can we change the way the attached PDF is named depending on the form type?

    Hello sagehillsvet,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to receive an email notification for each submission separately, you can modify the Email Subject and add a form field or a unique name. See the image attached:
