I had a customer bail out on a payment form the other day because they got a pop up message that stated..
"although this is an encrypted site, it will be sent thru unencrypted means, making my info easily available to a third party."
I direct customers to the secure (https) link at jot form.. they same customer has used the form in the past without the pop up.. has something changed?

Can you post the URL of the page that shows this error? Are you sure the form is posting to https site?

I have one order form that I set up with a "submit and proceed to payment" button and used the custom url thank you page to direct customers to the payment form. I have a customer that has used the form before, about a week ago, and did not get the pop up.. They mentioned it this time and were reluctant to use this payment method.. I sent them the direct link, listed below, and they said they received that security message.

This was a temporary problem and it's fixed now. Sorry about this.
