How do I add a picture as a Header ? I already have a picture background

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can easily add image to the header field. Let me show you how:

1. Just click the HEADER in your FORM BUILDER  and Click the GEAR icon

2. go to the HEADING IMAGE tab

3. UPLOAD  then UPLOAD FILE.

You can adjust the IMAGE WIDTH later on after the image has been uploaded. You also have the freedom to choose whether you want the image to be aligned left or right.
