using the Freshbooks Integration Wizard
the fields available to map are
My Products
Discount
Purchase Order Number
Terms
Previously I was able to map the entire jotform into the notes section of freshbooks and this is no longer happening

Hi,
Are you trying to create invoice like the following?
If so, you can map the fields on the first section of the integration after selecting create invoice.
And then on the next page, map the products and other fields you want to add.
If you're unable to map the fields, make sure both field exists on your form and in the freshbook fields. I would also suggest to clear your browser's cache before re-integrating your form. See if this helps.
Thanks!

Do you mean that you were able to map the form fields into the Notes at Freshbook?
Let me do some test, and I'll get back to you later on.

In order for you to integrate successfully a form with a FreshBook Estimate, you must match at both sides all of the fields of the form
In this form I created, I added all the necessary field to match client info included a Text Area to match the NOTES field at Freshbooks
For the Estimate, I added a an Unique ID widget to match the PO number field at Freshbooks Estimate.
And I also added another Text Area and added the terms as the default values
So far, my form is also configured to collect donation
Please feel free to request more help, if needed.
