    Conditions not saving

    Hello,

    I am editing the conditions in my form http://www.jotform.us/form/33113714672146, but whenever I edit one condition all of the other changes I've made are lost. I have tried making the edits in both Internet Explorer and Chrome, clearing my cache and browsing histories, and none of the edits will stick.

    This happens from time to time on my other forms as well.

    Please help ASAP, with these changes not saving our form is not functional.

    Hi,

    I would recommend trying to clear your forms cache:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache

    Sometimes when changes are made, a cached version may be loaded from our server, in which case, it would overwrite your changes with whatever form state you had previously.  Give this is a try and let us know if it does not work and we will be happy to look into your issue further.

    Hello,

    I cleared my form cache per your attached link, and it did not solve the problem.
    I know it is a large form, which is more difficult for you to test, but it's like the form has reached a maximum capacity for conditions or something. There are 3 conditions I recently added, but only 2 will save correctly at a time - when I go back in to change the 3rd one, then one of the other 2 will revert back to its previous state, and so forth, so that at no point all 3 conditions save. It's a pretty maddening cycle.

    Also, I don't know if it's related, but if I go to delete a condition, it does not delete the one I select; it deletes a random condition elsewhere. Again, this happens both on Chrome and Internet Explorer.

    I cloned your form and was unable to recreate this issue.

    I am able to delete conditions successfully and the it does not delete a random condition.  You could try cloning your form to see if that helps.  Having a new version of it as I did may clear out whatever issue is causing the random deletion.  I have seen this happen before, when I find the thread I will update you here.
