Could I create a form that sends a referral email from one customer to another potential one?

The form I need to create needs to accept the emails of two people: the person referring my company and the person they are referring my company to. The message of the email needs to be prewritten (by me) but editable by the person referring my company, so they can personalize it. Could I do this using your services? Please respond promptly with any questions/answers. Thank you.

    Hi,

You can setup email notifications to go to as many different address' and include whatever form information you would like.  Here are our guides on setting up emails notifications:

The first is on setting up notifications sent to you:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

The second is how to setup notifications to your users:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

Essentially you would just need two fields, one for each address, then have a different auto-responder set up for each.  You can also include an edit submission link to whomever you wish to be able to edit this submissions:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

Please let us know if you have have any trouble setting this up or and any further questions and we will be happy to help.

    Thank you for using Jotform!
