    I am not receiving notifications after form submissions.

    I sent a test submission and I received the auto notification, but when someone else on my team submits it I'm not getting any notification.  The links are below.  Can you let me know the issue.

    Hello patmansour1,

    Upon checking your form's notification email alert, I did not find any issue with that. You should be receiving the submission emails normally.

    Have you checked your spam folder already? Our email server log confirms that the notification emails are being sent to your email inbox. Please see the log here:

    I have cleared your form cache and sent you a test submission. Could you please let us know if your received the email notification or not?

    You may also like to sign in to your web mail account and check all the folders there. If the emails are not there in your web mail account, you may have to speak to your email service provider and ask them to white list of domain names to ensure the emails are delivered.
