The file upload is faulty

    hello


    i use the file upload to upload photos.. i have the following issues


    • many times during the form when you click on it, it doesn't respond. The only solution is to close the app all together and start filling from scratch
    • the pictures taken from mobile camera are large in size by default. I dont want to restrict it but is there a way to compress it so it wont eat my storage on cloud?

    Hello Ashraf,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it multiple times to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Maybe the issue resolved itself. That happens sometimes. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. It would be a great help if you can send a screenshot of what’s happening. We’ve got a guide here explaining how to do that. However, I have cleared your form cache to see if this would correct any unnecessary errors on the form. 

    I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here.

    Can you please try it on iphone and keep making validation errors / deleting and retyping for the fields before it. This is how i reproduce it.
