URGENT - The submission form does not receive in my email as usual.

    I found that so many submission form didn't push to my email as normal. When i check in jot form, the forms submission is increasing but none receive in my email as normal.

    Please do assist and check for me

    Hi! Please check if you have set the recipient email to the email that you want to receive the form submissions.

    You can do this by opening your form in the form builder and clicking on "Email Alerts" and the notifier for your form. As shown below:


    Next, click on "Reply-to and recipient Settings", as shown below:

    Finally, set the "Recipient e-mail" to the email that you wish to recieve the data from your form submissions.
