Not getting notifications

    We have a email contact form setup on an (Adobe Muse)  Site and we are not getting the notifications once uploaded to the host - when we use the test from your site it works but once uploaded it doesn't, it even works when I open all the HTML in a local browser - Please help

    Hi Craig,

    The form is created using a guest account so I moved it to your current account: drizign. I checked the form and found out that your configuration is incomplete. There's no sender name and email as well as the recipient email address. The notification email is automatically added after saving your form, but since the form was created using a guest account, these required settings are not populated because the guest account has no proper information such as the email address.

    I fixed the form email settings. Hopefully, you will now receive the form emails once someone submits to the form. Please make sure to check your spam folder. If no emails are in your inbox and spam folder, then we would advise to whitelist our IP and Email Domains: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses. Adding noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your safe sender and/or contact list should also help.
