Hi I have a tick box on our designed form...after sending the link out, the tick box does not show on the responses. I really need this information and I would be grateful if you can help me find the responses. I have downloaded reports, changed browsers and none of them show the ticks!! PLEASE, PLEASE can you help!!!

There seems to be a strange behaviour in your form.
If you view your form it shows like this:
But when you edit your form and preview it. This is how the checkbox field shows and the single check box disappears.
Before this gets escalated to our 2nd level I would like to know if originally it was like this? The one with 3 options or was it already like the first image above? Weird thing is your CSS is not the one causing this. I suggest not to modify your form as when you modify it those Option 1 - 3 will start to appear. So we can further investigate before submitting a ticket to our 2nd level.
Also in your submissions page even if the checkbox field is checked under properties the field does not show.

Yes I agree, when I previously went to edit the form it would come up with the three options, so I had always complete the two additional boxes - This happened many times before I sent the final link. So as you said, I presume this causing the issue of not ticks not registering on the submitted forms received.
I really hope this can be sorted out as I have received under 100 forms and I require the tick box information to use for our membership analysis!

It could be a glitch before that hides the Option 1-3 and shows a checkbox but actually that checkbox value is nothing. I can't reproduce the issue how the unnamed ticked box shows.
Our developer might have fixed this issue that is why it auto corrects whenever you edit the form. Can you please try to edit the form and make some sample submission so we can test whether the "Please UNTICK the box" field will show in the submissions page. If it shows then this glitch might have been fixed previously.

The tick box is now working! Thank you! However, more importantly, I have received over 70 responses from members with the error forms with members who may or may not have ticked the boxes - is there a way of obtaining their answers?

I don't think that there is something that can be retrieved since your fields value is by default blank so basically field is empty.
What I think happened was Options 1-3 were hidden and something replaced those fields which is I think a system glitch.
I will still try to ask our dev if it still can be retrieved. You'll be notified here for updates.

I can relate to your disappointment. This issue is already escalated and hopefully will be resolved soon.
