When my form is open it says EXHIBITS on the tab and that's not the name of this form!

Also, the self-calculating portion is not working properly!  I NEED HELP ASAP!

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

My observation is that it grabs the title of the first Heading element in your form if your form title is left as default which is "form".

To modify the form title just replace the "Page Title" under preferences. Let me also ask our 2nd level if this should be the correct behaviour of the form builder.

I have moved your question about calculating not working in this link https://www.jotform.com/answers/403510

as you can see from the screenshot I provided, the name of the form is EXHIBITS, not FORM.  So what you indicated is not necessarily the fix.  Please do you have another suggestion???

    TIA!

You can actually change that by providing the Page Title as suggested by my colleague, I checked your form and noticed that you already changed it:

Do you need something else different? Anyway, a report about the first heading is already created and submitted to our developers. You will be notified via this thread if updates are available.

    Thanks
