Since this morning we cannot receive email after user submit the jot from.
Please help me.

Your form recipient and sender email is blank that might be the reason why you are not getting any notification. Did you modify your form recently?
Try to add email in recipient textbox then fill sender's email then test your form if your are able to receive email.
