What is the formula needed to calculate your BILL TOTAL field? You need to use the "Form Calculation" widget to add calculations function.
Follow this guide on how to use the calculation widget https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form.

Oh, boy...someone at your lovely establishment created this for me and did all the calculations. It was quite sometime ago! Is there any way someone can fix it for me so I can just add it to my site? I would greatly appreciate it!!!

It's not working! Please, someone help. I need to add several options and then multiply to come out with the final tally.

We can help, but I just ask you to please confirm us the calculation formula:
(base page rate x number of pages)+ copy rate+expedite rate+additional fees
If the formula is correct please copy the formula:
You can also inspect and clone the form:

Actually, it should be Base rate plus copy rate plus expedite rate x number of pages plus additional fees for the total. Thanks! Can you do that for me???

I've tried numerous times and it's just not calculating properly.
Basically it's supposed to take a page count, say, 500 pages. So you put in the base rate, say 5, add copy of 1, expedite of 2, so that makes it $8 per page, multiply it by 500 pages, add additional fees of $100 and should calculate to $4,100. I'm getting a # that's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay off.
