My form displays fine in Firefox and IE and has been displaying fine in Google Chrome. However, last week I noticed that it wasn't appearing in Chrome.
I am using WordPress and the Jotform integration plugin.
Could you tell me how this can be fixed?

I was able to view the form without any issues using Google Chrome. Please check this screenshot:
Please clear your browsers cache, and make sure that you have the latest version of Google Chrome. I checked the form properties and I could not see any settings that should disable the form so the issue must be on your end. Do you have any users reported the same problem?

Clearing cache worked. Guess the problem was on my end. Many thanks for your assistance.
