I want to create a payment for with Checkbox + Text

Is this possible with Jot form?

_ Product 1 -  Text box

_Products 2 -  Text box + Text box

Basically when the user select a certain type of pass I need capture the people's name & title they will bring with them.

I text boxes can be in section. Please let me if there is any way.

I believe it is possible. 

You can add a check-box with your product description and price:

Then you can add a form collapse (you can name it collapse a, to better identify it) with visibility:hidden and open:

Add the text box or fields that you wish.
Now add a condition that if product a is selected the  show "collapse a":

Add a new form collapse for the rest of the items of the form (else they will also be affected by that condition). 

You can now add Form calculation widget so that you can get the total of the products. This total will be "sent" to the payment tool. This field can be set as hidden:

Add the payment tool, select donations and select get the amount from "calculation":
