Can you tell me what an ssl submission is? I thought I had 100 free submissions but I got a message saying I was at 10 ssl submissions? Love your site. Thanks Bob

    Hi,

Secure or SSL Forms are for secure communications between the client (i.e the end user of your form) & Jotforms' servers. These communications are encrypted to prevent snooping by a 3rd party, and are useful if any of your forms contain sensitive information such as credit card or payment details or any other data of a personal nature.

Free Account is limited to 100 Non-Secure Submissions, 10 SSL or Secure Submissions, 10 Payment Submissions and 100MB of File Storage. When you reach any of these limits, your forms will be temporarily disabled until the next submission counter reset which is scheduled every 1st day of each month at 00EST or until you will upgrade your account to our paid plans.

Our records shows that you have upgraded your account. You forms should be up now.

    Thanks
