Hi,
I checked the email associated with your autoresponder to make sure it was not on our bounce list and it is not:
I cloned your form to test it, and from the default address of "noreply@jotform.com" rather than your custom domain, both the notification and the autoresponder worked properly:
If you must use a custom domain, please make sure that it is setup correctly:

If this is not necessary, your response email should work fine if you change it to "noreply@jotform.com":
