Hello guys,
I am receiving a message in English in apps and I would like someone put it in Portuguese, as my public is Portuguese speakers.
Thank you,

Hi Carlos,
If you want to change the language of a form you have created, you can add different language options to your forms.
- Click Settings at the top
- Form Settings on the left,
- Then click Show More Options.
4.You should head to the Form Language section and select your form's current language.
5.After selecting your default language the Translations Edit button will be accessible.
6.After the translation window opens, you can add new languages to your form according to your needs.
You can also check the guide below to get more information about how to add more languages to your form. How to Make Your Forms Multilingual
Feel free to contact us again if you have any further questions.

Hello Carlos,
Thanks for getting back to us and for your cooperation. Sorry for the confusion, what my colleague means is if you created a form that you associate with the app, you will apply those screenshots and steps on the form and not on the app. Did you create an app without a form associated with it? If yes, unfortunately, it's not possible to translate or change the language of Jotform Apps.
If you like, we can escalate this to our Developer Team as a future feature. We may not provide you an ETA because this depends on their workload but I can guarantee you that they never stop working on updates. All ideas from users are being considered to do.
We will wait for your kind response.

Well, that message displayed in the image I show you doens't have relationship with any form. It's the message user receives showing him how to put the app in the phone screen, as a typical app.
That means it is independent of the form I use in the app.
Anyway, I understood that is not possible to do that translation.

Hi Carlos,
I sense how upset you are right not because of what happened. Can you share with me the URL of the APP you created? We will try to see what we can help you with or provide a workaround to your concern today.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hell fazzapp,
Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
