How to open product options when form opens

I have added to the css box

input[type="checkbox"]:checked {
  display: none; 
}

and this has not helped...how do I make those check boxes open full with the form and not after the client clicks the check box?

To do this, you will need to use a 'Selected by default' option on both your products.
