hidden field with incremental number

I am having a senior moment and am unable to find how I added a field with an incremental numbering and is hidden.

How do I find this ? Is there a way to see all my old posts?

It appears you used the unique ID widget.  Click on widgets and in the search bar enter "unique" and it should be the only one that pops up:
