How about if I have a Checklist of email addresses?
Say
Approver Emails (Multiple Choice Question)
x abc@email.com
x bbc@email.com
x cbc@email.com
x list of emails
.
.
.
So IF any email is checked, that email is copied to another field (Seems HAS to be Email Field ONLY, because only an Email Field enable itself to be chosen for further actions - Namely send the approval emails to the chosen Approvers) - How to construct this? Or not possible atm?
I had error:
IF more than 1 emails are checked, multiple emails will be copied to the designed field (but not one

Hello Shirley,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I am understanding your query correctly, you would want to have a list of emails for your form user to choose from, and then it will be copied to another field, lastly, am email will be sent to that chosen email address, correct?
It is possible to place a list of emails using the Dropdown element, and you can copy it to another field, let's say a Short text field and not Email field. Please see my screenshot below:
Then, set up the condition to Copy the Value of "Email" to "Short text field".
Moreover, you can set to send the autoresponder email to the email address chosen from the list. It's really easy. Let me show you how:

Hi Nina,
Thanks for your answer. I asked about multiple choice checkbox questions because there maybe more than 1 email addresses chosen and to be sent the email, is this possible?
Under the current options, it seems only a single email address can be chosen only?
Thanks again,
Shirley

Hello Shirley,
In the workflow, we cannot choose any field other than the email field.
As a suggestion, you can use the Assigned values in the multiple choice in the form. Then, use a condition to multiple choice field to a short field that can be used in the email autoresponder.
