Why did my submissions stop coming to my email

    I use to get my submissions to my email (booking@dejamarketinggroup.com) but in the passed three days, I've had 4 clients say that they submitted offers to me and i haven't received them. I just checked the back office and I had 48 unread submissions that I haven't came through to my email meaning I lost a lot of money! How can we fix that?

    This exact same thing has been happening to me as well, which I posted about in a ticket below. Jotform, please let us know why this is happening! Thank you!

    Your hosting service for @dejamarketinggroup.com might be rejecting the emails coming from our servers. So far, our mailogs show they are being sent.

    To solve the problem I would recommend you to whitelist our domains

    You might also need to whitelist our IP addresses
