can't access site provided by teacher

Unsuccessfully attempting to access site provided by Fremd High School Biology Teacher:

No error message...just message stating that the form can't be found

Are you trying to access it from a school network? It could be possible that your firewall is blocking access to websites like jotform.com. Sending us a screenshot of the error will be helpful.
