How do I remove my form from Facebook and convert normal?

How do I remove my facebook form from Facebook and just have the normal Submit Form button on my website?

Hi Advatex,

To remove the integration, please click the Facebook Integration button found in the toolbar'sSetup & Embed tab, then click the Remove Integration button.

The button will be converted into the normal Submit button afterwards.

This Facebook Integration button is no longer there.
