    Having trouble getting widgets to arrive in email notifications

    Hi there, I'm wondering if you can point me in the right direction please. I have recreated my form twice, using two different widgets, but neither of the methods I used, gave me an email notification where the information was shown. 

    The first I used was the Star Rating. I had ten questions and that asked for a rating from 1 to 10 on each question. When the email notification was received, none of the stars or the questions I asked were showing up on the email. 

    So I decided to try something else. I used the widget that puts things in order (You move the information up and down to rank in order of importance). 

    Again, when I received the email, there was no ranking from 1 to 10, nor were the questions even visible. 

    I'm just wondering if you could possibly let me know what I'm doing wrong please!

    All I am trying to do is get the person to rank 10 different items in order of importance. I don't care how or what widget I use, just so that it comes through on the email notification! Thanks in advance!

    Hi there,

    Recreating your email notification should resolve the problem.

    When I cloned your form, your form notification doesn't have correct field tags and some are missing. Recreating it should give you a brand new email notification with all the updated tags. To do that, just delete your existing email notification and create a new one.
