changing the recipient to "Requestor's AUS email address" but it doesn't save and flips back

    2) (Problem) I created a similar approval workflow on my "Assets" form to be sent to the manager Michael Cater for his approval. However, when I did this, the email recipient to his approval response got switched to himself rather than the requestor. I keep trying to go back into settings for these two approval workflows and changing the recipient to "Requestor's AUS email address" but it doesn't save and flips back to the "Manager's AUS Email Address". Can you tell me what went wrong or why? (See screenshot attached. Apologies for the crooked text on my screenshot -- I don't have a text box capability).     Hi Rhina,

    Thanks for your email. I went back into my SUPPLY CHAIN ASSETS document and looked at the approval workflow and the recipient email addresses after the manager's approval are still the manager's email address (unlike what you show above in your cloned example). I even cloned my form to see if that changed things and it's still the manager's email address (see yellow highlight). I'm confused :( An ideas why this is happening?

    Hi there,

    As I have checked your workflow via cloned form, it seems that the recipient is set to Requestor's AUS Email already. We have concluded that maybe you weren't saving the email correctly. Please note that you will need to click the save button once you select the other email field as a recipient email.
