I did my form and everything was OK 'till I got my test mail. I tried to input a video code at text field but I couldn't see that code in mail.

    Hi there,

The email variable for the Embed code question in the form is incorrect
it should have been {embedCode} instead of  {text}. This is the reason
why you receive a missing form email.

To include the result of a field in the notification email please do the following:

    1. Open your form in JotForm
    2. Click on Setup and Embed
    3. Choose 'Email Alerts' then 'Notification Email'
    4. In the Compose Email window the right section shows a list of
    the form fields.

You can also reset the email notification so that all the Email variables
of the form are populated in the Email notification.

    To do that:
    1. Open your form on the Form Builder
    2. Click on "Setup and Embed" tab,
    3. Click on "Email Alerts",
    4. Select "Notification",
    5. Click on "Delete Email" button,
    6. Click on "Email Alerts" again,
    7. Click on "Add New Email" and complete the wizard.

    Hope this helps.
