    Im getting double notifications emails for each email address

    ok, now Im getting double notifications emails for each email address. how do I now stop that? I only need one notification per email address. Also our clients copy now says "Question And Answer" at the top of their copy that they receive and so does one of the spare emails that we receive. the other email we receive looks perfect, "the way it always has before your server crashed" without the words "question And answer" at the top of it. how do I get that removed? it is not on my form anywhere?

    I checked the form and you have 3 email notifications and 2 auto-responders.:

    The "Notification 1" and "Auto-responder 1" are the correct ones, the other ones have default values, that is why they present "Question And Answer" text. Perhaps they were created to test the problem in receiving emails that you reported before. 

    You can just delete them:

    Ok. I explained this yesterday, Maybe I'm not explaining it correctly. let me try again,,,,, yesterday I was asked to go to a page and add my e-mail addresses  that were needed. thats why i wasnt receiving emails even though I had been receiving them for 3 years and it all of a sudden stopped sending me my notifications… the page Jot form asked me to go to, to input my email addresses could not be found anywhere on the site…. And now,, again, I can not find the pages to remove the extra email addresses and the extra copy going back to my client.  there is no bar tool showing up at the top of any of my screen pages to do this? please advise… or if you can remove the extra email addresses that are now on the page, please do so..

    As per request the other extra notification and auto response has now been removed. You should only now receive 1 notification and 1 auto response.
