You may try making use of the Dynamic QR Code by adding it to your form. This Dynamic QR Code widget allows you generate QR codes on your form based on each form user’s answers.

You can customize the submissions in the PDF Editor and include the QR code from the Dynamic QR Code widget which you can then attach to the email notification. Here is a guide on how to do so.

Thanks for getting back to us, and we're sorry that the instructions were not clear enough. Let me explain how the dynamic QR code works:

• Add the widget dynamic QR code to your form.
• Click on widget settings.
• On the field label to encode, add the name of the label – for example, if you want to create a QR code based on the field name, then add the name on the widget settings (see my image below).

This QR code generate will display on your PDF file. Click here to learn how to customize the PDF file. I don't understand yet what exactly you want to link in the QR code, so if you can share more information about it, we might be able to help you better. Reach out again if you have any more questions.
