    The first time I use the Jotform, the form designed to upload some files and images, but once I tested form filled out, the files and images I uploaded, can not be displayed in my email? What can I do to make the uploaded files or images to show?

    The jetform that I used username is Lon Chen, the form name is “Violation Report & RIF Form”, the attached .doc or .jpg or .pdf will not be displayed after user filed they report to me! I saw that I may need to go to account/setting and allow the requirement to allow sending pictures, document (3 allowance selection) , but I just can not find the pages that shows update your setting pages to click to allowance of clicks? What can I do? Lon

    Hi Lon,

    Thanks for getting back to us.  I understand you want to show the uploaded files in the Autoresponder email however If you have not unchecked the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" option in the setting the form users will not be able to view the files. It's easy to do, but we'll need to do that on the Desktop version of Jotform because it's not available yet on the Jotform Mobile App. Let me walk you through it:

    • Login to your Jotform account.
    • Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
    • In the dropdown, click on Settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.
    • On the Settings page, scroll down to the Privacy section and uncheck the box next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files.

    That's it. Now, you won't have to log in to see/download files uploaded with your submissions.

    Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

    Dear Sir;
    The Violation Report &RIF Form that I set up working fine with your suggestion of how to load images, files and shows up in recipients email! Thanks for that!
    My question here is how can I add another manager/host to keep in charge of this form, so that I can have him access to the form and view the activities, and response, if necessary?
    What is the process to add/invite another controller manager for the existing form?
    Thank you!
