Hello Asiaexchange,
Kindly check and make sure that the required fields on your form and Zoho are the same.
For example: First name on Form builder is required. Zoho First name should be required as well.
This will cause for the integration to not work properly.
Can you please try to send some test submissions by filling the required field?

Thank you for getting back to us. Could you please confirm if the issue is now resolved? I did check your form and it looks like you've removed Zoho Integration already. Please try to integrate Zoho again to see if the issue still persists.

Yes i removed it and re integrate our zoho crm also tested the form still not reflecting to our zoho crm. please help

I have tested the issue on my cloned form but I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.
The Zoho integration is working at my end.
May we know if all field data is not updated into the leads?
May we know if the form is embedded to your web page?
Can you please test a submission again, and let us know if the issue persist?
