Inconsistent success with Paypal Pro integration - "Truncated Description" error??

We are encountering the following error with some (but not total) regularity:

Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details.
Value of OrderDescription element has been truncated

Error occurs when going straight to the form and bypassing the integrated form on our website.

Paypal account has not changed recently.

Error is triggered from different PC's, different users, different payment methods. However, some transactions do go through normally.

Do your records suggest the problem is originating from Paypal or at Jotform?

    Hi Michael,

I believed it's Paypal Error throughout our API. You can check it here: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/api/errorcodes/. Error Codes: 10433

I checked your form using the direct URL and it seems to be working as expected. Please check the screenshot below:

May we know if the form is embedded? If yes, please share to us the webpage URL so we can further check. I think there something in your website, maybe a conflict that prevented the form from working properly.

    Thank you!

Just to add something with regards to the conflict. If there's a conflict, re-embedding the form using our iFrame method should fix it: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

    Thanks

Please look carefully at the screenshot I provided and re-read what I wrote. The error is reproducible directly on JOTFORM.US... NOT an embedded form. Our website has nothing to do with it.

For the record, I've now reproduced this error on three computers with three ISP's on both Windows and Mac.

Never mind - on the third try, Paypal now is explaining a problem on their end connected to a billing problem that suspended our account (blah blah blah).

    Case closed.

We are very glad to know the issue was solved on Paypal's side

    Kind regards.
