Hi
My account seems to have been suspended again.
I created a form and shared it with respondents, and they cannot access the form. I tried as well and I cannot access it either.
Is there anything I need to do to prevent this from happening? Or can I know what triggers this suspension of my account?
I was hoping to deploy 360 feedback for my teams using Jotforms but I've not had a pleasant experience so far, and I'm concerned about if I should continue with Jotform or look for an alternative.
Please help reactivate my account.
