    Hi josephedetedem,

Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. I understand that you would not want the form to be submitted without proper completion. I'll be glad to assist you.

In this case, we need to identify which is required or non-required field on your form. When you add new fields to your form, the fields are optional by default. Meaning your users can submit the form without filling up those fields. If you want the field to be mandatory, you must set the field as required.

Here's the link on How to Set a Field as Required or Non-required.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/546-how-to-set-a-field-as-required-or-non-required/

I also suggest to create your warning sign or own personal warning. To change form warning click here.

If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us back.

    Regards,

    Marvin

    Hello Joseph,

Thanks for getting back to us. You can set all the fields required so that the user cannot submit the form without filling them. In addition to this, you can use our conditional logic feature to show the submit button if all the fields are filled. Kindly check the steps in the screencast below to see how you can configure logic to show submit button if all the fields are filled:

For more information, review a step-by-step guide here on how to clone a from.
