Jotform Table: Add a Filter option to Retrieve Submissions for the last 24-36 hours

I am going to use the tables function as a solution for creating delay reports. Is there a way to have the table filter to yesterday or the last 36 hours? I couldn't find any custom filters to accomplish this. The goal is a physician logging in today would always want to see yesterdays physician's notes.

    Hello Jonathan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently we won't be able to filter out data based on the time but we do have custom filters present in our form table. Please check the below screenshot:

The problem with the custom dates filter is it locks me into specific dates. What I really need is something that looks back with to the previous day or the previous 24-36 hours from the time someone accesses the table. It looks like maybe the only option is to use the last 3 days filter, is that correct?

    Hello Jonathan,

Thank you for reaching out Jotform Support. Ideally with Custom Dates, it should allow you to select specific dates to sort the submissions. If in case this doesn't work and we would like to access the submissions for the last 24-36 hours, the best option is to select Last 3 Days. Could you please send us a screenshot on what happen when you click on specific date that you want to pull up the submissions? Here's the guide on how to send screenshot.

We're awaiting for your response to assist you further.

What I am looking for is not a fixed period of time as a filter. I am looking for a relative period of time. For example:

If I open a report/table today in tables, I would want it to filter back through the previous 24-36 hours of data from the current time. Using the custom dates as a filter is a fixed period of time.

So in this use case I would have my doctors looking at a table for a facility every day. They need to be able to see what the physician on the last shift did and I'd prefer them not have to sort through a bunch of filters. The goal is I would build a bunch of tables that are filtered to a specific facility (Table for Hospital A, Hospital B, C, D, etc). When the physicians open the link, I want them to see the last 24-36 hours of data for that site without having to run their own filters.

To complicate matters, (this is on another ticket I have open), I'd like the physician to be able to interact without that report so they can change a status on the report so they can tell if they've reviewed it or not and to be able to click a button that would repopulate a new report with selected fields from that report.

    Thoughts?

    Hello Jonathan,

I have tried checking the Filter option if we could use it to show submission for the previous 24-36 hours but found none. The current Filter options we have for now are set based on days. I have escalated this as a feature request. Please note that we can't give an ETA for when this will be implemented. Feature requests depend on the workloads of our developers and popularity among our users. But rest assured we will inform you via this thread once this feature becomes available.

Let us know if you have any other questions, or if you need further assistance. We will be glad to help you.
