Jotform is quite slow

    Hello!


    Jotform is taking a lot of time to load and is quite slow. We have been experiencing this issue since yesterday and is starting to have an impact in our work and productivity.

    I am asking for an assistance so this issue will be resolved as soon as possible.

    Hello Anna,

    We're unable to view the screenshot you provided. Please refer to this guide for the steps on how to post screenshots in the Support Forum. Also, just to clarify, is the slowness occurring when you're navigating through any pages in Jotform, or is it only when you're editing the form, or it is when accessing the actual form where it's loading slowly?

    Also, please try clearing your browser cache or try using a different web browser, then check if Jotform will load normally. If the issue is still persisting, please get back to us with the screenshot that we requested.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hello,
    I have cleared my cache and it is still the same. Jotform is taking a long time to load when I am trying to access the form. This has been an ongoing problem.

    Hello,
    Jotform is still not working and is still taking a long time to load to the next page. My colleague is also experiencing the same thing and we are running out of options on how to fix this issue in our end.

    Have you tested the page on multiple devices? Also, could you please try to access our website using your browser's Incognito/Private mode and let us know how it goes? If the issue persists, please provide the make and model of the device and the browser where the issue occurs. Thank you.
