When a form is successfully completed it is send to my email address which is great.
However, when there are two or three emails within the same day they are attached to the same email. so there ends up being multiple submissions in the same email. I want each submission to be a Separate email.
Can you help please.

Your email address mx records indicate that you use Google Mail (Google Apps) to manage your emails.
I think what you might be referring to is that Google Mail is collapsing your emails into conversation view - which can be annoying/helpful depending on the situation:
If this is the situation, please use this article to disable conversation view.
