I am trying to upgrade my account and when I hit upgrade it says link is broken.
I am afraid to run out of room.

It appears that the upgrade was successful when I opened your account
the subscription status indicates that it is already Premium.
Can you please try to log out and then login back to your JotForm account?
You should see an increase in the quota limits which is applicable to that
of a Premium subscription.
