Tables Send Form: Prefill {fields} in message body

I want a way to have my employee send out Prefill's easily from the Submissions/Tables page. I discovered I could add a button in the table which send out the Prefill URL in an email exactly like I want.

However I need it to send out via SMS not email. So I need to capture the Prefill URL and a phone#.

I've successfully achieved this through Zapier and abusing the To {field} but I'm wondering if there is a better way to do this:

Since I cant add fields from the form into the message body (only the TO boxes and only email addresses). I add a domain to the phone number and plug it into an email input, email the form to Zapier Email Parser which after a trick, picks up the phone # in the email, extracts it, and the prefill URL which sends it to Twilio which then sends the SMS with prefill URL.
