Hello-
When I tested the Save and Continue function on the free version of Jotform the email went to my email address. Do you need a paid version of Jotform for the form to go to the user's inbox that's completing the form if they didn't create the form?
Thanks!

Hello Deb,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We apologize for the confusion that you experienced. I cloned your form and enabled the Save and Continue Later feature then ran a test submission. I added an email field where users can add their email addresses and Autoresponder emails will be sent together with the notification to continue form. Check out the screencast that I prepare for you:
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

You mentioned you cloned one of the forms. I added the save function to
both forms, are you be able to see if things are set up correctly with the
save functionality for both forms?
Thank you,
Deb

Hello Deb,
I have cloned and tested your form:
As you can see, the save button is working. You can test it out yourself to see if you will receive the same email upon saving your form.
