People are uploading their photos but they are not coming through when the form is sent to my email.

    Hi Tony,

    Do you mean the photos are not attached in the email notification when you receive them into your inbox? This is actually the normal scenario. File uploads like photos are not attached into the email. Rather, a hyperlink that lets you downoad the file when clicked is provided. It was designed this way because we have taken into consideration huge files uploaded. We do not want to attach a 100MB file into an email message.

    You may want to take advantage of the Dropbox-JotForm integration so that the uploaded photos will automaticaly be saved into your Dropbox account (or your computer if DropBox Desktop app is installed and synched in your desktop) whenever you receive them.
