All of a sudden I'm getting a 404 Error when trying to submit a form... nothing has changed and I get the error even when trying to test from within JotForm...
Can someone please call me at 210.385.1583 and let me know if you are experiencing problems right now, if this is temporary????

With regards to the issue, I have tested your form ID: http://www.jotform.us/form/41427182977160 and I think the issue is related to your website which is currently set as your form's custom thank you URL and not with Jotform:
Please check and make sure that the custom thank you HTML page was uploaded to the right directory.

I made a test submission in your form and got redirected to this page: http://www.northamericanenclosures.us/ThankYou.html
If you're not being redirected to the same URL, please try to clear your browser's cache to see if it helps.
