Where/how can I find a view of the full form that has been filled in?

I only receive and am able to view the responses that a client has filled in but the actual contract does not show up. I want to send clients a copy of the actual contract with their signed information so they have a record of WHAT they signed and not just record of their info/signature.

I have attached what clients and myself see after the signature has been send, but the actual contract form cannot be viewed. Is there a setting to change this?

Hi,

When you are viewing submissions, click on the little gear icon and it should bring up this menu:

From there, click "Show Headers and Texts", and that will allow you to see the whole form.
