This is our 4th or 5th email and Jot Form has been extremely negligent about servicing us . Unless we here from you within 24 hrs we will be closing our account and opening it to Wooform. I am extremely loyal as I do business with Fortune 500 companies like Cintas and P&G. i HAVE ASKED FOR A REQUEST TO BE ANSWERED REPEATEDLY!

I'm very sorry to hear this. I searched the forum with minorityrecruit username and the most recent thread (besides this one) was from 5 months ago, and could not find in our mail box any email from the email@example.com email address. Can you provide us more details on the email address used or username so we can locate your previous requests?
In addition, and since we are having troubles locating your previous requests I kindly ask you to provide us more details on your situation.
As soon as we have more details we can start working on your request.
