Free account limits

I have an another question that for free account  is submission limit 100/month ? and after one month submission limit will be again 100?

Yes, the submissions' counter gets reset to 0 at the beginning of every month.
This means that if you have 99 submissions, at the beginning of August (next month) the submissions' counter will count 0 submissions. This is true also for the number of Receive Payments and for the for Secure (SSL) submissions. The available space only changes when you delete submissions.
