We have disabled the form and suspended the user behind it. The user information are the following:
Email Address: email@example.com
IP Address: 220.127.116.11
We would advise to contact your Card Issuer about this matter so they can help you file a dispute case to the recipient of the charge that was deducted from your card.
Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for this as the payment was NOT made to us, but to anyone else.
