Yes, the "secure form" was the answer. Thanks!

Now given this new piece of information, how does one get the wordpress feedback button/plugin to work on secure pages too?

Thanks for all your fast help gentlemen!

    Hi,

I haven't tested it yet, but I think when the website uses SSL connection, upon installation, the form will also use our secure links. Do you have a secure website? I would appreciate if you can try it there and get back to us for the result.

    Regards

    Hi

Yes the site uses SSL on some pages an not others. On the pages that use SSL the unsecured form does not load, but on the unsecured pages it does.

I'm not really sure how to proceed.

    Thanks

All you need to do is to embed the form using the SSL version in your SSL pages, there is no way to make that to work.
