Account Suspension

    I trried to sign in and received a message that my account was suspended for suspicion of phishing. I've used JotForm for years and have never had an issue like this.  Can you please investigate and let me know how to get this suspension lifted?  I'd really appreciate it.

    I checked your account and you have a form with a password field which is not allowed according to our terms. This activated the phishing filter causing your account's suspension.

    It is necessary for us to delete this form in order to activate your account.

    Please let us know if we can delete the form  in order to proceed with the activation of the account.
